The National Paramedical & Engineering Council (NPEC), Islamabad is a recognized body working to improve the standard of paramedical, health, and engineering education in Pakistan. NPEC was established under the Society Registration Act (XXI of 1860) and is acknowledged by the Government of Pakistan through the National Training Ordinance – 1980 (amended in 2002).
Our goal is to provide quality education and training that meet modern industry needs. We design flexible, demand-driven programs that prepare students for both national and international job markets. With the guidance of experts and cooperation from industries, training institutes, and organizations, NPEC ensures that education is not only theoretical but also practical and career-focused.
At NPEC, we believe that education is the key to personal growth, professional success, and social development. By producing skilled professionals, we aim to lower unemployment, strengthen healthcare and technical sectors, and contribute positively to society.
We operate on a public–private partnership model, ensuring that both the education sector and industries play an active role in developing training standards. NPEC also awards certificates, diplomas, scholarships, and medals to deserving candidates who excel in their fields.
Our vision is simple: to prepare a highly skilled workforce that can compete at both national and international levels, while promoting social responsibility and active citizenship.
