Welcome to national paramedical & enginiring council islamabad

The National Paramedical & Engineering Council (NPEC), Islamabad is formed as a statutory body under the Society Registration Act (XXI of 1860). It is recognized by the Government of Pakistan under the National Training Ordinance – 1980, later updated in 2002. This initiative was developed with the support of the World Bank, International Labour Organization (ILO), and the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan. The purpose is to make paramedical, health, and engineering training programs more flexible, demand-based, and affordable with strong involvement from employers.

The key social goal of NPEC, together with the Government and global organizations such as WHO, is that by the year 2050, every individual should enjoy a level of health and education that allows them to live a socially and economically productive life.
